How does the wallet system work?▼

You deposit an amount into the wallet and set your contribution ceiling per session. When booking, the association pays up to the ceiling and the member pays the difference.

What is the minimum deposit?▼

We recommend 50,000 DZD as minimum, but you can start with a smaller amount based on your needs.

Can the association see who used the service?▼

No. Our system is designed for complete confidentiality. The association only sees balance and session count.

What happens to unused credit?▼

Credit is valid for 1 year from deposit date. Remaining balance is not refundable.

What payment methods are available?▼

We accept bank transfer, check, and CCP. We also offer installment payments.

Can you provide group sessions?▼

Yes. We also offer workshops and group awareness sessions. Contact us for details.
