Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Nafsia Clinic ("Platform"), a web and mobile application that connects mental health professionals ("Professionals") with individuals seeking psychological support ("Clients").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Service Description
The Platform provides: • Booking remote psychological support sessions between Clients and Professionals • Secure payment processing via PayPal (International) or SATIM (Algeria) • Encrypted, secure video sessions • Digital wallet and credit management
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Professional Requirements
Professionals offering services must: • Be legally licensed to practice in Algeria or their respective countries • Commit to providing ethical services according to professional standards • Be responsible for verifying their credentials and certifications
Nafsia Clinic: • Verifies submitted documents but does not guarantee professional competency testing • Is not responsible for professional malpractice • Reserves the right to suspend or remove any Professional violating laws or this Agreement
User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Not use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purposes • Not share your login credentials with others • Not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the Platform • Not record or screenshot sessions without explicit consent from the other party • Comply with all applicable laws
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or deletion without refund.
Payment Terms & Fees
• Session Price: Varies by professional, usually starting from 1,500 DZD (in Algeria) or €13 (for expats) • Each professional sets their own session rate • Payment is required before the session • Administrative fees are non-refundable • Digital wallet funds are held securely but not government-backed • Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be refunded

Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties: • Nafsia Clinic does not guarantee therapy effectiveness or outcomes • We are not responsible for any psychological or medical harm from sessions • We are not responsible for service outages or technical failures • We are not responsible for data loss or misuse
Clients acknowledge that remote psychological support has limitations compared to in-person sessions. In emergencies, stop using the Platform and contact local emergency services.
Confidentiality & Privacy
• What happens in a session is between the Client and Professional only • We do not record or listen to sessions • Personal data is protected by encryption and access controls • Professionals are bound by professional confidentiality
Exceptions to Confidentiality (per law): • If there is threat of harm to self or others • If required by law • If the person is a minor being abused
Medical Disclaimer
Important Notice: • Nafsia Clinic provides psychological support, NOT medical treatment • The service does not include medical diagnosis or prescriptions • The Platform does not replace specialized medical care

Intellectual Property
Nafsia Clinic Rights: • All trademarks, logos, and designs are property of Nafsia Clinic • App and website code is protected by intellectual property laws • No part of the Platform may be copied or modified
Your Rights: • You retain ownership of your personal data • You can request a copy of your data at any time
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control: • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods) • Epidemics and pandemics • War or terrorism • Widespread internet outages • Sudden government decisions
In these cases, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
Service & Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to: • Modify these Terms at any time with notice • Change service pricing • Discontinue or remove Platform features • Suspend service for maintenance
Continued use of the Platform after modifications means you accept them.
Account Termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you: • Violate this Agreement • Misuse the Platform • Break applicable laws • Show no activity for one year

Dispute Resolution
• This Agreement is governed by Algerian law • Disputes must first be resolved through friendly communication • Unresolved disputes will be subject to Algerian court jurisdiction • EU Policy: If you are an EU consumer, you can use the European dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
