No. The session is fully covered by the company.
Can the employee's family be covered?▼
Yes, it can. The company chooses whether to extend the programme to spouse and children, or keep it to employees only.
What language are sessions held in?▼
Arabic or French, whichever the employee prefers.
What if an employee cancels their appointment?▼
A session cancelled before its start time is not deducted from your balance. Neither is one the psychologist misses.
What happens if we run out of sessions before the period ends?▼
Booking stops until more sessions are added. The dashboard shows the remaining balance at any time so you can top up before that happens.
Can management see who booked a session?▼
No. The HR dashboard contains no name, phone number or email address. Session content is never shared with the company in any form.
How many sessions do we need?▼
It depends on your headcount and the programme duration. We size it with you when preparing the quote.
What payment methods are available?▼
Bank transfer, paid in advance when the pack is agreed.
