Account and Data Deletion
Overview
You can request deletion of your Nafsia Clinic account. This page explains how to make the request and what happens afterward.
We keep this as a separate page because some platforms and app stores require a direct public link explaining account and data deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
From the app: 1. Open the Nafsia Clinic app 2. Go to Account 3. Open Account Settings or Personal Data Management 4. Choose Delete Account 5. Read the warning and confirm the request
If you cannot access your account, you can ask for help: 📧 privacy@nafsiaclinic.com 📧 support@nafsiaclinic.com
Before Deleting
Before deleting your account:
• Make sure your wallet balance is zero. If the balance is not zero, the system may block deletion until the balance is withdrawn or settled • Review upcoming sessions. They may need to be canceled or settled according to the Cancellation Policy • If you want a copy of your data, request it first at privacy@nafsiaclinic.com • If you are an activated specialist, self-deletion may not be available because of professional, financial, or contractual obligations. In that case, deletion is handled by platform administration
What Happens After Deletion
When a deletion request is accepted:
• The account is disabled and login is blocked • Personal data is hidden, anonymized, or nullified where possible, such as name, phone, email, and birth date • Sensitive files that are not legally or operationally required are deleted or hidden, such as avatar and personal documents depending on account status • Deleted specialist accounts are hidden from public visibility • The deletion action is logged for security and audit purposes
What May Be Retained
Not every record is deleted if it is legally, financially, or operationally required.
We may retain, when needed: • Invoices, payments, receipts, and wallet records • Session history needed for billing, disputes, or compliance • Contracts and specialist documents when a legal or contractual obligation exists • Security and operational logs needed to prevent fraud or investigate abuse • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not directly identify you
We aim to retain only what is necessary.
Messages and Files
Messages and files linked to the account may be deleted or hidden depending on their nature and the reason they need to be kept.
Some records may remain retained or anonymized when needed to protect users, resolve a dispute, comply with law, or protect the platform.
Sessions and Payments
Account deletion does not automatically change rights or obligations linked to past sessions and payments.
Upcoming sessions, balances, refunds, or disputes are handled according to the published Cancellation, Reschedule, Refund, and Terms policies.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed according to account type, wallet balance, upcoming sessions, legal obligations, and the need to verify the account owner.
Some effects may appear immediately in the app, while backups or operational logs may require additional time to update according to system cycles and compliance requirements.
