Rescheduling allows you to change your session time without losing your money. This policy explains the rules and procedures.
How to Reschedule
Simple steps: 1. Open Nafsia Clinic app 2. Go to "My Sessions" or "Bookings" 3. Select the session you want to change 4. Click "Reschedule" 5. Choose a new time from the list 6. Confirm the change

Timing Rules
When you can reschedule:
✅ Always possible: • Before the original session anytime • Up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time (if not joined)
❌ Cannot: • After you've joined the session • More than 15 minutes after start time
Note: Times calculated per timezone in booking.
Cost Policy
Rescheduling: ✅ No additional fees ✅ No deduction from your funds ✅ Keep your full credit
Difference from Cancellation: • Reschedule: Keep full amount • Cancel: May lose funds (depends on timing)
Professional Availability
When choosing a new time: • You'll see available times only • Busy times are disabled • You can choose same or different professional
If no suitable time found: • Try another date • Contact support for help • Or choose cancellation instead
Professional Approval
When rescheduling: • Availability verified automatically • If available = confirmed immediately • If busy = you choose another time
Rare cases: • If professional is busy = approval needed • May take 1-2 hours • You'll be notified
Notifications
After rescheduling: 📱 Instant notification for you 📧 Email confirmation sent 🔔 Professional sees change immediately
Reminders: • 24 hours before • 1 hour before • 15 minutes before
Reschedule Limit
Can you reschedule multiple times?
❌ No, you can only reschedule once per session
After rescheduling: • Cannot reschedule the same session again • Cannot cancel a rescheduled session • Must attend the new time
💡 Tip: • Choose new time carefully • Make sure you're available before confirming
No-Show After Reschedule
If you reschedule then don't show:
⚠️ Results: • Session counts as unused • No refund • May affect your rating
